We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within (14) days of receipt for items shipped within Cyprus. 

BREAKDOWN OF POLICY

Order Cancellations
All our customers have the right to cancel their order within 1 day of placing the order by sending us an email at info@eesomecy.com. Cancellations of orders already shipped will not be accepted and the customer will be charged the shipping & return costs of the parcel. 

Refunds are subject to the below conditions:
(a) Refund requests must be made within (14) days of receipt for items shipped within Cyprus. The return must be accompanied by a fully completed withdrawal form sent by email to info@eesomecy.com

(b) Items must be returned in the original packaging. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged. 

(c) The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).
